Our Values

Sustainability and Sourcing

We strive to make the lowest environmental impact by sourcing our materials from responsible suppliers and utilizing solely recycled packaging that goes from our mailer boxes to our crinkled paper.

Giving Back + Community Involvement

We strongly believe that every business should have a social impact on its local community as well as on its own country. Locally, we contribute to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and since our design concept involves ethnic indigenous trims, we're proud to support Native American Schools like the St. Labre Indian School and St. Joseph's Indian School.
Besides our commitment to contribute to local and national organizations, we are not indifferent to the many global challenges that we face as humanity like famines, wars, human displacement, etc. That's why we're also proud to be field partners of Doctors Without Borders and strong supporters of the International Rescue Committee.

Employment Values

All of our goods are made at a single shop located in Bogota, Colombia. Our shop is a family owned business and it has been around for over 30 years. All of the shop employees are paid fair wages, vacations as well as the official 18 national holidays making it one of the world's countries with the most holidays along with India and the Philippines.

Quality + Craftsmanship

All of our goods are manufactured by hand in small batches, with a strict attention to detail and a strong commitment to superior quality and craftsmanship.
