Our Story

 

 

Desisano's journey started in 2016 when I decided to design a custom laptop bag and guitar strap and have them made in Colombia, a country where I'm deeply rooted. 

Growing up in Colombia's coffee-growing region, in the middle of the majestic Andes mountains, among mega-diverse nature, coffee plantations, and ethnic handicrafts, was a truly inspiring experience that always made me dream of bringing a little bit of that cultural richness back to the US.

Desisano = Design + Artesano

Our concept revolves around merging Industrial Design with an artisanal handicraft touch, a theme that permeates most of our leather goods creations. Geometrical patterns, distressed finishes, and ethnic trims are the hallmarks of our artistic direction.
